Most packages are shipped from Moorea, French Polynesia and shipping times will vary based upon delivery destination. (There are a few exceptions that are shipped from the United States, shipping details are indicated on individual product pages.)
Orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days from order date. Except for products made on demand. (Shipping times may vary during the holiday season.)
Any changes or cancellations must be made by email prior to shipment. Orders cannot be cancelled once packed or shipped. Customers must receive merchandise and follow the standard return process. We will not be responsible for return shipping costs.
Please allow at least 14 to 28 business days for delivery. This does not include any delays that may occur due to customs and their rules and regulations.
Orders shipped from French Polynesia maybe subjected to regular customs duties and fees levied by the United States or other final destination countries.
